• Monitors that all components remain intact and properly connected  
• Lubricate, re-align, adjust cylinders and check locks on all doors

• Identifies potential problems; preventing them from causing future down-time  
• A pro-active program that demonstrates your attention to employee environment 
• Alerts you to any potential serious concerns or cosmetic deficiencies
• Helps you keep your office looking tidy and professional  
• Service is free for the first year; subsequent costs are minimal

How does it work?

• We follow a checklist as we move through the floor-plan, to verify all components are working properly and look good.
• We check for any loose components and test any electrical components that might be loose or not working. (Warranty work is done absolutely free. We obtain your approval before we perform any chargeable work.)
• We bring to your attention any housekeeping issues, such as cleaning needs, wire-management or housekeeping issues.
